As the new year has gotten underway, it may be fair to say that many of you are now into a month of yoga. And we’re also sure you’re finding it fantastic. There are many health benefits of yoga that are worth exploring.

While the first month can all be about getting your feet off the ground and understanding it, moving forward it’s all about getting well and truly stuck into it. You may want to read this study on its benefits if you are still skeptical.

For decades, yoga has been an instrumental part of people’s daily life, both for physical and mental health. The power of it is starting to become more and more appreciated, both by average Joes like us, but also the medical profession, with it now encouraged to be undertaken by the likes of cancer patients to ease chronic pain, and in residential rehab centres as a way of improving concentration and focus, as well as relieving stress.

Naturally, for many of us it is also a stress buster, and if you want to take your yoga to the next level, there are plenty of ways to do so. One easy option is seeking out inspiration, and the best way to do that is through following experts on social media. This is one of the many reasons it can be a good idea to practice yoga regularly.

It’s a great way to find your tribe and community. So, to get you started, here are five yoga influencers you should be following…
