Over a million people across the globe call for decision makers to keep their promises on clean water and sanitation. WASH (WAter, Sanitation, Hygiene) is a movement to boost prioritation of basic sanitation and water supply. WASH wants to provide universal basic sanitation by 2020 and monitor funding to make sure it arrives to those who need it most.

Over a million people across the globe call for decision makers to keep their promises on clean water and sanitation. WASH (WAter, Sanitation, Hygiene) is a movement to boost prioritation of basic sanitation and water supply. WASH wants to provide universal basic sanitation by 2020 and monitor funding to make sure it arrives to those who need it most.

Currently, 1 in 8 people worldwide lack access to a basic improved water source.  Diarrhea kills more children yearly than AIDS, Measles and Malaria combined.  More people are without basic sanitation and hygiene today than 10 years ago.
