I’m a student, educator and practitioner of leadership.  Hummm, wonder if practitioner is the right word…  Anyway, I like the article in today’s issue of Beckers Healthcare Leadership: 7 Adjectives to Describe the Best Hospital Executives and the list they came up with to describe those who excel.

  1. Visionary
  2. Nimble
  3. Out-of-the-box Thinker
  4. Technology Savvy
  5. Business minded
  6. Relationship oriented
  7. Life-long Learners

These do describe me (from self-reflection and heard from others).  Do they describe you, or the leaders in your facility/organization?  I hope so!
