National Doctors Day is an annual event celebrating physician held every March 30th. The North Carolina Medical Society instituted an online program that welcomed patients’ participation to honor physicians statewide. I spoke with Pam Highsmith, Director of Development at the NCMS about the awards, the nominees and how North Carolinians can vote in the program.
