Americans have a hard time losing weight. One survey found that 95% have tried losing weight in the last five years, but most are not successful. In fact, 44% have gained at least 21 pounds.

The battle against unwanted body fat is a universal struggle, but the battleground can differ significantly between men and women. While both genders strive for a sculpted physique, stubborn fat deposits often linger in specific areas, defying even the most dedicated diet and exercise routines.
