At last, a presidential candidate has said something interesting about healthcare that doesn’t involve repealing Obamacare or expanding Medicare to a single payer system. In a recent speech, Hillary Clinton advocated for expanding Medicare reimbursement for telemedicine services and for resolving the interstate licensing issue that has held back telemedicine.
