Are you looking for ways to simplify and streamline your work and home life in the midst of chaos? Many busy healthcare professionals rely on deliveries and subscriptions to get the best supplies delivered to their front door. If you’ve been looking for ways to juggle your hectic schedule with keeping your house stocked with eco-friendly products, you’re in luck. You can stay safe, stay productive, and stay happy – while still getting the products you value.

With recent changes in work, more healthcare professionals are working from home or in hybrid work arrangements. With less time to shop, these “delivered-to-your-door” solutions are a hot trend – and a great stress-reliever. Here are 3 tips to keep in mind to help you stay beautiful, healthy, and happy.

Whether you’re female or male, young or old – beauty never goes out of style. Even if you are working virtually, taking care of your beauty is a way to take care of yourself. More professionals are noticing that working from home has inspired a more casual look. You may be opting for t-shirts and jeans. You may not be wearing fancy designer suits or high heels.

However, you can take the initiative to support your natural beauty. Give yourself some time to explore beauty rituals that make you feel refreshed and renewed. These don’t have to be time-consuming or expensive. For example, create a spa weekend at home. Gather your favorite items from plush towels to scented candles into your bathroom.

Put on some relaxing music. Light the candles and incense sticks. Enjoy your special retreat to take care of your body, mind, and spirit. Making time for your beauty rituals is something that never goes out of style.

Healthy Habits Start Now

These days of more home-based living have inspired a tsunami of self-care initiatives. People around the world are making an effort to buy healthy products, use earth-friendly cosmetics, and transform daily shopping into daily planet care. If you’ve been curious about how to start your own healthy habits initiatives, start with things you use every single day.

Here are a few tips to help you jumpstart your new habits:

  • Switch up the products you’re buying for your bathroom. For example, switch your toilet paper to bamboo toilet paper and try reusable cotton rounds for removing makeup. Instead of buying traditional plastic-bottled shampoo and conditioner, try eco-friendly shampoo and conditioner bars. There’s no question that these simple choices have a major impact over time.
  • Switch to renewable resources. If you’re used to grabbing a new plastic bag for every fruit and vegetable, take a pause. Bring your own shopping bag for produce. You’ll cut down on waste, reduce the number of plastics in landfills, and help preserve the oceans.
  • Switch to dryer balls. Dryer balls are simple balls that reduce the amount of time you need to keep clothes tumbling in the dryer. You can use these handy balls over and over, up to 1,000 loads of laundry. Dryer sheets, on the other hand, are only for one-time use. Dryer balls are easier on the skin, easier on the pocketbook, and easier on the earth.
  • Switch to digital screening. Use digital health tools to get screening and testing done in a safe and secure environment. With recent changes, you may be able to use digital screening at home, and offer this technology to your employees.
  • Switch to cooking at home. Are you making more meals at home? With daily meal preparation from your own kitchen, it’s easier to make healthy choices.

Happy Is Up To You

Creating a happy state of mind is up to you. It may seem a little unusual, but when you know what makes you happy, you can strengthen your decisions to choose happiness. For example, many designers are increasing their focus on e-commerce. In recent months, consumers are buying more clothes such as t-shirts and sweatshirts online.

If you see a fashion design that makes you feel happy and joyful, go ahead and get it in multiples. Many of the new design trends are geared towards helping people feel upbeat and positive. If your clothes help you keep a happy outlook, why not use this to stay productive and energetic?

Beautiful, Healthy, and Happy

How are you supporting your personal goals to stay beautiful, healthy, and happy? Now is a great time to refresh your priorities and reap the rewards.
