The survey, which included 1,001 adults 18 and older throughout the U.S., showed that 70 percent of respondents say their physician never checks on them when they aren’t sick. The message is clear: Today’s healthcare providers now need to provide innovative ways to focus on proactive care and patient wellness rather then just acute, necessary care.
