We’ve come a long way since the invention of stethoscope in 1816. We are now in a much better position to cure diseases which at one point would have been classified as “deadly.” The infographic below shows a timeline of medical advancements starting all the way back in 1816 until 2008. Some of the key things this graphic points out are:

  • How treatment process has improved
  • Survival rate today
  • Advance in medical technology
  • Useful healthcare apps
