Though diet forms a major chunk of your increase-your-height program, it may not be the only thing that will help you. Add exercises to your daily regime and watch your height increase like never before!

  • Swimming

Swimming is a great exercise that improves flexibility and also stimulates the cells from within. This constant muscle stimulation leads to natural height growth.

  • Hanging Exercises

Your parents were right, hanging indeed helps increase your height. It increases the endurance of your arms as it is a way of working all the upper body muscles. Consider adding a pull up to your routine to engage maximum muscles on your torso.  These have a lot many variations. • Toe touching

This exercise is exactly as it sounds. Just stand straight exercise and bend downwards to touch your knees. This is particularly helpful in stimulating the muscles in your back and calves. The thigh muscles are also massaged by this exercise. Don’t push your body too hard at the onset, practice daily till you are able to reach your toes.

Keep your back straight and keep breathing slowly all the while. This is another great exercise in increasing your height.

  • Skipping Rope

Bring the fun element back to your life by including the skipping rope into your exercise regime. Constant jumping not only helps you lose weight but helps you grow taller too. This exercise activates just about every muscle in your body thus helping in increasing your height.

A disciplined approach is very effective in helping increase the height. You have to consistently exercise and eat the right foods to grow tall.
