What is a yeast allergy? Yeast is a kind of fungus that is widely used for baking goods and to prepare certain kinds of alcoholic beverages like beer. Yeast allergy is caused due to an allergic reaction that is produced by the body upon consuming certain kinds of fermented foods that involve yeast items like bakery items and beer. It is also characterized by abdominal discomfort, dizziness, swelling, congestion, pain in the joints, breathlessness, pain in the body and changes in mood.

Symptoms of Yeast Allergy

When you consume food that contains yeast, there are chances that you might face the following symptoms:

Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil has great anti-fungal properties that can fight yeast allergy. Raw organic coconut oil can be used externally and internally to soothe the symptoms of yeast allergy. It one of the best herbal remedies for yeast allergies. If you heat the coconut oil it can also help to provide relief from the fungal infections. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Garlic

Wear Loose Clothing

You must wear loose-fitting clothing that can help to keep the oxygen moving. It can also help stop fungus from growing.

Take the best possible diet and exercise daily

Take a diet rich in nuts, seeds, vegetables, healthy oils that are organic and are of free-range, also you must avoid the intake of sugars and foods that are high on carbohydrates.
