The Robots are Here! Actually, robots have been around for a while in medicine.  They are used in surgery, for cleaning and sterilizing hospitals and recently, in Japan, for helping the elderly.  With a probable decline in the number of caregivers and hospital workers coming up in the future, robots may become more and more prevalent.
