According to the 2016 Towers Watson “Emerging Trends in Healthcare” survey, employers are stepping up their focus on employee engagement and accountability:
- 66 percent expect to develop a workplace culture where employees are responsible for their health; and
- 51 percent expect to expant financial incentives to encourage healthy behaviors.
