Do you absolutely despise waiting in line to get to work? The traffic can be horrendous. This is why you should switch it up. Try walking back and forth to work. Try walking at least once or twice a week for the best results.

You should also think about exercising in quick spurts. Studies have found that people who do just 4 to 6 30-second sprints were able to get the same benefits as those who worked out for 40 to 60 minutes straight. Get your heart racing and keep your heart rate up. This combination will allow you to burn calories even if you only working out for a few minutes at a time.

New Date Night

Most people think of date night as going to the club or restaurant. This is fine, but it is something that you should switch up from time to time. Instead of being sedentary, you should change your date night. Take your date out to the museum. Or, you can go dance. Both activities will give you the ability to have fun and burn some calories along the way.
