Sunny Health and Fitness Asuna Treadpad

If you want a treadmill that’s already assembled, fits nicely under your desk, and doesn’t make any noise, then the Sunny Health and Fitness Asuna Treadpad is just the thing for you. Being so quiet means you won’t have to worry about making any noise while you’re on meetings, and the remote control allows you to change up your speed without stopping and starting. It’s also extremely cheap, coming it at less than $500! The top speed reaches around four miles per hours, which is plenty fast for when you’re just walking at home while working. There is a clear digital display as well, so you can see how many steps you’ve done, the number of calories burned, and how far you’ve walked. There’s also a timer so you can check how long you’ve been exercising for, and you only need to glance down at the display to see all this information in one place. The Asuna Treadpad comes with a safety cord too, so you know that you’ll be protected from injury while using it. Overall, the Sunny Health and Fitness Asuna Treadpad is a brilliant under desk treadmill that will work for pretty much anyone.

Bluefin Fitness Task 2.0 Treadmill

Not many under desk treadmills come with a handlebar, but the Bluefin Fitness Task 2.0 does. So, if you like to have a little bit of extra support, this can be just the one for you. It’s one of the cheapest ones on this list too and has an impressive top speed of five miles per hour, making it one of the fastest too. This means you can take it a step up from walking and do some very light jogging should you the desire to arise while you’re working. It’s extremely easy to use and has your usual LCD screen to show your data. You can also connect it to your smartphone via Bluetooth, helping you to keep track of every workout you do. It also comes fully equipped with 6 programs to help you get into the swing of things and the remote can be worn as a wristband, so you can control it while walking at any speed. The only issue you might face with this one is the width of the belt as it’s a lot smaller than others and taller people may find it a little hard to remain on the machine when they aren’t paying close attention. But, overall, the Bluefin Fitness Task 2.0 is a great little under desk treadmill that can really help you get your steps in.

GoPlus 1HP Walking Treadmill

If you like to have a program to follow when on a treadmill, then the GoPlus 1HP Walking Treadmill is the right machine for you. With 12 built-in programs, you can focus on your work without interruption and let the treadmill adjust your speed for you. The programs tend to last for longer than 30 minutes as well, so they’re ideal for anyone who’s looking for a more challenging walk. Arriving already assembled and with an LED touch screen display, you’ll instantly love the GoPlus 1HP. You’ll see your walking information on the display and as it’s touch screen, you can manually change the speed with ease. The only downside to this unique machine is that it’s a little bit on the louder side. If you’re working on your own, the sound will probably just fade into the background. But if you share your home office with others, they may be slightly irritated by the sound it makes. However, with so many other benefits that greatly outweigh a little bit of noise, the GoPlus 1PH is still a viable option for most home workers.

LifeSpan Under Desk Treadmill TR1200-DT3 GlowUp

Another extremely quiet machine is the LifeSpan Under Desk Treadmill TR1200-DT3 GlowUp. Complete with a large walking space and a simple set up, these treadmills are brilliant for any home worker. It may be a little bit more costly than other ones on this list, but it does give you lots of features that aren’t seen elsewhere. For example, it has wheels to help you manoeuvre it, impact absorption on the belt to protect your feet and minimise noise, and it even allows you to use their LifeSpan fitness app to upload your walks to keep track of them. Again, it comes with a remote control so that you can adjust the speed and pace while using it, but it does also have big buttons on the front that allow you to change it manually too. The digital display shows you all your usual information like heart rate and distance, helping you to keep track of your walks while you work. The TR1200-DT3 GlowUp also has a higher upper weight limit of 350 pounds, so it can be great for those who are maybe starting out in their fitness journey but aren’t able to use lighter machines. So, why not give this one a go if your budget allows, and you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits it can bring.
